The shipping company will proceed with their investigation as usual and may contact you for additional details.

We will start a claim with the shipping company and start an in house investigation. We require 3 business days (M-F) to conduct an in house investigation. If you are concerned about theft, please purchase the Shipping Protection or use a shipping address to a business or other safe place. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or mis-delivered packages.
