Initiate Your Request
Log into your Lonqi account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange is processed.
